In the wake of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, thousands of homes were destroyed and thousands of people displaced. Difficulties continue and help is still needed.

COMFORTKATRINA seeks to return some normalcy, helping to rebuild self-esteem and lift spirits of hurricane “Survivors” through the donation of Gift Cards (GCs). We want to help “Kind People”, from all over the world, reach out and make the most challenging circumstances easier and comfortable.

Amidst despair and destruction, we hope a Gift Card (GC) will provide comfort and some relief to the Survivors. We think even the smallest gift can provide the greatest comfort; a book, a toy, or a new outfit can mean the world to a child who has lost everything.

COMFORTKATRINA promises to keep the giving momentum going by reminding people everywhere that they can make a difference.  As of now, we have 500+ registered and approved "Survivors".  Please help us send them comfort!

We are working with Katrina's Angels, a 501 c3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping people directly affected by the consequences of major natural disasters in the United States.  We are also supported by Hungry For Music, a grassroots volunteer-driven 501 (c)(3) charity organization with a nationwide and international outreach.
